Alumni Ratifies New Constitution

AND finally, it was ratified.

With only about less than thirty-five (35) Alumni who came, the new Constitution and By-Laws of Holy Trinity Academy Alumni Association (HTAAA)  was finally promulgated and ratified last January 3, 1999 at the Holy Trinity Academy building. It was just the first step to a bigger plan of the association, that of becoming a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The idea of having a Constitution was first conceived by Samuel Lim, the current President of the association. In this way, the association will be able to register to the SEC and therefore, will be able to negotiate in the future with other non-governmental organisations (NGOs) for the association's other projects.
